At The Sparrow Bridal, we understand that timing is everything when preparing for your wedding day. We are committed to getting your bridal accessories to you quickly and safely.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement — every order ships at no additional cost.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Personalized and custom-engraved items may require additional processing time of 2-5 business days. This will be noted on the product page.
We currently ship to the United States only. This includes all 50 states and US territories. We are working on expanding our shipping options to serve brides internationally in the future.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation email.
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition for your special day. Veils are shipped in protective packaging to prevent wrinkling, jewelry comes in elegant boxes suitable for storage, and delicate items include additional protective wrapping.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@thesparrowbridal.com or +1 (817) 662-2212.
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thesparrowbridal.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items in time for your wedding.
If you have an upcoming wedding date and need your items by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate rush requests and can provide guidance on expected delivery dates.
